Red Fox - Hotels Division / it"s Holding Company / its Subsidiaries / its Group Companies, other related entities, and each of their officers, directors, agents and employees (collectively, the "Hosts") are not responsible for telephone, electric, electronic, network, Internet, computer, hardware or software program malfunctions, failures, delays or difficulties, or late, lost, stolen, illegible, incomplete, garbled, misdirected, mutilated or postage due mail, e-mail, form postings, connections, messages or entries, or the security of any and all such matters.

Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Hotel network / Broadband Internet Service, including, without limitation, (1) accessing data not intended for such user or logging into a server or account which the user is not authorized to access, (2) attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization, (3) attempting to interfere with service to any user, host or network, including, without limitation, via means of submitting a virus or "Trojan horse" to the Web site, overloading, "flooding", "mail bombing" or "crashing", or (4) sending unsolicited electronic mail, including promotions and/or advertising of products or services. Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. Red Fox- Hotels Division and / or its associate entities will have the right to investigate occurrences that they suspect as involving such violations and will have the right to involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who are involved in such violations.
If any disputes arise regarding your use of Broadband Internet Services, such disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of and in the Courts located in New Delhi, India, without giving effect to the principles of conflicts of law thereof. If any provision of this agreement is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between the parties. You agree that your use of this Broadband Internet Service is at your sole risk.
